Stan Has the Solution.

After a particularly painful spring, allergy sufferers face the prospect of a difficult fall ragweed season. Changing climate is bringing more suffering with earlier springs, later-ending falls and increasing levels of carbon monoxide which is nourishing pollen-producing trees and plants as well as encouraging mold growth.

In their 2011 study, Leonard Bieleroy and his colleagues at NJ's Rutgers Center for Environmental Prediction reported that ragweed season has lengthened in northern areas of the country in response to climate change.

"We drew a line from Texas to Canada.... The pollen count duration remained the same in Texas, but changed as you moved north... due to earlier springs and later onset of fall. Frost wasn't occurring as early as it used to, so ragweed was pollinating later."

Making matters worse, pollen levels per plant are increasing as a result of higher carbon monoxide levels which not only heats up the atmosphere but also stimulates plants to grow bigger.

The Rutgers group predicts continuing pollen count increases to as much as 30% higher by 2020. In short, if you or loved ones have allergies, climate change is going to make everyone sicker and sicker no and into the future.

After combing his industry, Stan has found the most effective
whole home clean air system in the nation -- PERIOD!

Capturing an astonishing 98.98% of allergens, the AccuClean(TM) system is by far the most effective home clean air system ever available to homeowners.

  • Removes 98.98% of allergens including: dust, pollen, pet hair and dander, dust mites, mold spores, cooking grease, tobacco smoke and bacteria.
  • 8X more effective than the best HEPA room appliance.
  • 100X more effective than standard 1" filters or ionic-type room appliances.
  • Unlike other whole-home filters that hamper air the air flow so critical to energy-efficiency, comfort and equipment-life, AccuClean(TM) is engineered for no pressure-drop.
  • Produces almost no ozone (an irritant to asthma suffers emitted by other electronic and ionic-type air cleaners).
  • Electronic display tells you when to vacuum reusable large airborne particle filter (every month or two) and fine particle collection cells (every six to nine months).

With another heat wave upon us, your A/C is again stressed to the max. Supplementing your A/C with fans is a way to stay comfortable without lowering your thermostat. In fact, you may even be able to raise that temperature setting for greater savings without sacrificing comfort.

Most people use ceiling fans to cool when the A/C is not running. But they can also efficiently supplement your A/C.
Here's what to do:

Change the switch on the fan to have the blade turn in a clockwise direction. Then set the fan to turn slowly. This will not blow air directly on you -- rather it will pull colder air that otherwise would settle at floor level and circulate it throughout the room. This movement of air over your skin helps your body stay cool and dry.

When a room is unoccupied, turn the fan off.

Today's more efficient systems have variable speed blowers that gently circulate treated air throughout your home. And because they operate with low cost direct (DC) rather than alternating current (AC), we recommend that you leave them in the on position throughout the cooling season. The added circulation not only keeps you cooler but has the added benefit of cleaner air as a result of increased circulation through your system's air filter.

Homeowners often attempt to improve air quality by purchasing “high efficiency” filters from home centers and hardware stores. These fill fast and WILL OBSTRUCT THE AIRFLOW so critical to your comfort and to your system’s energy-efficiency. Worse, this obstructed air flow puts extra strain on fan motors and compressors leading to expensive repairs and pre-mature equipment failure.

NO CHANGE SHOULD EVER BE MADE TO YOUR HEATING COOLING SYSTEM WITHOUT FIRST CONSULTING WITH YOUR STAN PERKOSKI’S PROFESSIONAL. Such changes may require air balancing adjustments necessary to maintain comfort and efficiency.

When it comes to clean air, here’s what we recommend:

Standard 1” blue fiberglass filters stop only the largest of particles. They’re designed to protect equipment but do little to reduce household dust and pollutants. White pleated electrostatic filters are somewhat more effective, but MUST BE CHECKED REGULARLY AND CHANGED WHEN DIRTY. That’s why we send monthly email reminders to all of our friends and customers.

The most cost-effective and energy-efficient way to clean your home’s air IS by incorporating advanced filtration and other treatments into your forced air heating and cooling system. We offer a variety of healthy air solutions including advanced filtration systems that have minimal impact on air flow and which require filter changes only two times a year.
